We have an experienced team of employees and contractors. All our contractors are industry registered and provide required certification on project completion.
We use standard Master Builder Contracts for all our projects.
The construction documentation such as architectural plans, engineering, specifications and finishes schedules becomes part of the contract after it is signed.
We are happy to address the contract conditions and come to mutual agreement before the contract signing stage.
Before we sign any contract, we evaluate the required project cash flow and make sure Project on Time has sufficient funds to meet all payments as they fall due to avoid any financial distress to the construction.
We monitor the project construction costs daily to keep the project budget under control.
As a client, under the contract you will be responsible to make the progress payments as they fall due and have to organise your own finance to fund the project costs.
We commence our projects within 2-3 weeks after the contract is signed and required construction permits are in place, unless contract specifies different commencement date.
We closely monitor construction time on all our projects to deliver the project within agreed time.
If we encounter any time delays due to weather conditions or supply of materials, we revise our construction schedules to fast track the construction processes and ensure the project is finished on time.
We provide you with a construction schedule prior the construction works and fortnightly construction schedule updates during the construction period.
We supervise our construction works on daily basis to ensure we build from quality materials and the workmanship meets the professional expectations, industry standards and construction guides.
On the project completion, we provide you with a handover manual where you would find all required certification, warranties, contractors’ details and product care manuals.
After construction period service
We build our project with care and attention to details to avoid any defects and achieve quality construction. However if there is still a problem we would quickly rectify it within a short period.
